Kevin Meicher
Kevin has been appraising real estate in Wisconsin and Illinois for more than 25 years. Kevin's experience also includes his personal investment portfolio, co-ownership of a large management company, and brokerage. Prior to establishing Meicher Real Estate LLC, Kevin received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and worked as a staff appraiser until receiving his Certified General Appraiser license. Kevin is a member of several professional organizations including the Appraisal Institute, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Greater Madison Area Board of REALTORS, the South Central Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service, and the Madison Apartment Association.
